Q. Nothing is displayed in the Shopping Cart! Why can't I place my order?
A. This web site uses Cookies to store the information in your Shopping Cart. If the Shopping Cart is not displaying the products you have ordered it is because your bowser is restricting Cookies. Information on getting around this problem can be found here.

Q. I can't find the product I'm after - can you supply it?
A. More than likely. Paintball Warehouse has an extensive range of international suppliers and we strive to supply as many products as we can. You can email, write or call us with your request and we will endeavour to answer within 24 hours.

Q.Can I order by mail or over the phone?
A. Of course. Paintball Warehouse understands that some people do not like ordering over the Internet depsite the security systems we put in to place. You are more than welcome to put a request in writing or give us a call to place your order. Our full contact details can be found here.

Q. Are the offers shown really tailored to me?
A. Yes. The more you use paintball warehouse, the more specific these offers will become to your needs. This ensures that you are receiving savings that are of interest to your needs alone.

Q. My order status is not changing under Order Tracking - what is happening with my order?
A. We may be experiencing a lack of stock or other problem supplying one of the items you have ordered. If this is the case, then we will normally contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you haven't heard from us, feel free to email us or call 01626 833 200 to find out more.

Q. An order I placed is not appearing under Order Tracking - what is happening?
A. If your order is not being displayed at all, first please make sure you are logged in under the correct email address. If you are logged in correctly and your order is still not shown under Order Tracking, there is likely to be a problem with your order. Contact us to discuss.
